从专科生就业难看中国高等专科教育的困境与出路

Viewing the Predicament of China's Higher Professional Education and Way-out from the Difficult Situation of Employment of Professional Training Students

从专科生就业难的现象和原因的分析入手,指出专科教育在培养目标、教学内容、教师素质等方面存在着严重不足,并提出更新观念、加强专业开发和课程建设、完善内部管理机制等改革设想。

Starting with the analysis of the phenomenon and reason of the difficult situation of employment of professional training students, this paper points out that there exist serious problems of cultivating object, teaching contents and teacher＇s quality. In addition, the paper offers the following ideas to solve those problems： refreshing ideas, strengthening the development of majors and course construction, perfecting inner mechanism of management.
