摘要
通过湿法消解法分别制备了红河州弥勒、建水、石屏3个县市的野山茶样品。通过火焰原子吸收法连续测定野山茶中Pb、Cr、Cd、Cu等9种微量元素的含量,实验方法的的相对标准偏差在0.07%~1.69%之间,回收率在98.7%~116.4%之间。从试验结果得出,在红河州的野山茶中含有人体内必须的微量元素,测定结果为以后开发野山茶饮品提供理论依据。
The samples, from Milei, Jianshui, Shiping, respectively, got by working through wet method. FAAS was applied to determine the trace elements in Elshohzia bodineri Vaniot. from Honghe, such as Pb、Cr、Cd、Cu atc. The method is simple, rapid, good accuracy and simultaneous determination of many elements. The recoveries was between 98.7 %-116.4 %, and RSD was 0.07 %-1.69 %. The results shown that this plant has rich trace elements, especially, Mn, Fe, Zn . The result provides a theoretic basis for exploitation Elsholtzia bodineri Vaniot. as a beverage.
