新疆农村中小学体育教学设施的发展问题

The Public Sector the Non-Public Sector Sports Venues of Primary and Secondary Schools in Xinjiang's Rural Areas

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑归类法等研究方法对新疆农村中小学体育教学设施的现状进行分析。结果显示:新疆农村中小学体育教学设施经费投入和数量不足,特别是室内体育场馆不足,体育场地建设经费投入方式单一,学校体育的效益不高。建议加大对新疆农村中小学体育场地经费的投入,鼓励多种经济成分投资农村中小学体育教育事业,合理规划新疆农村中小学校室内与室外体育场地的布局。

This paper, based on documentation, inductive logic, and interviews with professionals, analyzes the current situation of sports venues of primary and middle schools in Xingjing＇s rural areas. Among the problems are 1 ） shortage of funds and fund -raising channels, 2 ） insufficiency of sports venues, in particular of indoor sports grounds, 3 ） poor results of physical education in school. The author proposes an increase in funding for sports venues of primary and secondary schools in rural areas, encouragement of the public sector and the non - public sector to invest in school physical education, and long -range and intelligent planning of sports venues in those areas.
