摘要
建立了零备件库存多点转运的批量订货模型,给出了各库存点需求由自身满足、通过转运满足和发生缺货概率的近似算法,在此基础上提出了以服务水平为约束,以库存成本和转运成本最小为目标的规划模型,给出了已知订货批量,求最优订货点的算法.算法的有效性运用仿真进行了验证.
A batch ordering model for multi-location spare parts inventory system with emergency lateral transshipments is provided, algorithms for calculating the probabilities of demands fulfillment by inventory! point self, by transshipment, or backorder are also given. Based on these, a procedure is given to find the best ordering point for a constrained model that minimizes homing plus transshipment cost subject to a certain level of service, assuming the ordering quantity is predetermined. The results were tested though simulation.
