无菌手术台上无菌器械的有效期的临床研究

Clinical study on expiry dates of sterile instruments on the sterile operative table

目的:加强对无菌手术台上器械的无菌管理,探讨其有效时限。方法:通过对31例无菌手术所用的器械分别在术前20分钟、术中2小时、4小时、6小时的四个时段进行细菌培养。结果:手术器械在术前20分钟、术中2小时期间均为无菌生长,术中4小时有1件标本细菌培养阳性,术中6小时检测有5件标本培养阳性。术中2小时与术前20分钟比较,差异无显著性(P=0.5),术中6小时与术中4小时比较,差异有显著性(P=0.02626)。结论:对无菌器械细菌监测表明,手术时间延长,无菌手术器械受污染的几率增大,细菌检出率增高。

Objective To explore the sterilization management and the expiry date of sterile instruments exposure to air on the sterile operative table. Methods 31 cases of the sterile operative instruments were sampled for bacterial culture at 20 minutes before,and 2-hour,4-hour and 6-hour points during operation respectively. Results Bacterial culture of all 31 cases were negative at 20 mines before operation and at 2 hours during operation,and 1 case was positive at 4 hours during operation. Those of 5 cases were positive at 6 hours during operation. Comparing the results of bacterial culture at 20 mines before operation with that of at 2 hours during operation, there was no significant difference（P=0.5）, but the difference of that between 4-hour and 6-hour points was significant（P=0.02626）. Conclusions The study shows that, as operation time lasts longer,the chance of operation instruments getting contaminated increases,as well as the rate of bacterial culture positive.
