摘要
目的探讨治疗小腿外伤后软组织并骨外露及骨髓炎创面修复的方法。方法术前创口分泌物培养+药敏,清创,去除坏死组织和内固定,术中冲洗,术后敏感抗生素静滴抗炎,感染控制后择期应用带蒂皮瓣肌皮瓣修复创面并持续灌洗抗炎。结果临床应用12例,11例获得满意效果。结论应用带肌皮瓣、皮瓣修复小腿软组织缺损并骨折、骨髓炎创面是一种比较令人满意的方法。
Objective To approach the repair method for raw surface of post- traumatic leg soft tissue defect combined with fracture, bone exposure and osteomyelitis. Methods Before operation, all cases received necrotic tissue excision, internal fixation and local application of sensitive antibiotic by drip- drainage of the wound. Operation was performed after the infection was controled, pedicled cutaneous flap and myocutaneous flap were used to repair the defect. Rusults Satisfactory appearance and good function were obtained in 11 cases of 12 total patients. Conclusion Both of pedicled cutaneous flap and myocutaneous flap are ideal methods for the treatment of post- traumatic leg soft tissue defect combined with fracture, bone exposure and osteomyelitis.
