摘要
依据农业行业标准《农业机械化水平评价第1部分:种植业》(NY/T1408.1-2007),评定我国农业机械化发展进入中级阶段,给出了中级阶段农业机械化的特点,从国民经济发展、统筹城乡、建设现代农业和社会主义新农村等方面的需要出发,提出要持续加大农业机械购置财政支持力度,强化农业机械化科技创新和技术推广,大力推进农机社会化服务,以项目带动促进区域协调发展等政策措施,全面推进我国农业机械化又好又快发展。
According to the Stardard in Agriculture The Evaluation for the Level of Agricultural Mechanization-Part 1： Crop Cultivation （NY/T 1408.1-2007）,the thesis advanced the development of China agricultural mechanization had stepped into mid-stage,gave the features of agricultural mechanization in mid-stage. Based on the needs of developing national economy, balancing urban ＆ rural development, building modem agriculture and new countryside of socialism, Suggestions were proposed on the enlargement of financial support for farm machinery purchasing, the enhancement of agricultural mechanization sci-tech innovation and technique expansion, pushing forward agricultural machinery socialized service, and promoting the harmonious development of different districts by programs implementing for the development of China agricultural mechanization.
