胎盘多肽注射液联合促精汤改善精液质量的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Placental Polypeptides Injection Combined with Cujing Decoction for Improving the Seminal Quality

目的:观察胎盘多肽注射液(PPs)联合自拟促精汤改善精液质量情况。方法:将82例不育患者随机分为2组,A组44例用PPs肌注,隔天1次,联合自拟促精汤(黄芪、熟地黄、生地黄、当归、山药、党参、肉苁蓉、山茱萸、仙茅、枸杞子、丹参、地龙、续断、黄柏、黄精、炒韭菜子、菟丝子、淫羊藿、紫河车、三七、甘草)口服,每天1剂。B组仅用PPs肌注,隔天1次,3月为1疗程。3月后观察精液质量(精液量、精子密度、液化时间、活率等)改善情况。结果:治疗后A组液化时间、精子密度、精子活力、精子活率及精子畸形率显著改善,与B组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后A组精子运动功能显著改善,与B组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后A组α-葡萄糖苷酶、精浆Zn、精浆果糖显著改善,与B组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:PPs联合自拟促精汤有显著改善精液质量的作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Placental Polypeptides Injection(PPI)combined with Cujing Decoction(CD)on improving the seminal quality.Methods:The patients were allo- cated to two groups.Group A received intramuscular injection of PPI every other day and oral use of self-prepared CD(Radix Astragali,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix An- gelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Dioseoreae,Radix Codanopsis,Herba Cistanches,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Rhizoma Careuliginis,Fluctus Lycii,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Pheretima.Radix Dip- saci,Cortex Phellodendri,Rbizoma Polygonati,fried Semen Allii Tuberosi,Semen Cascutae,Herbs Epimedii,Placenta Hominis,Radix Notoginseng and Radix Glycylrhizae),one dose per day.Group received intramuscular injection of PPI only.The treatment course lasted 3 month.After treatment, the improvement of seminal quality were evaluated.Results:After treatment,sperm liquefaction, semen density,sperm livability,motility rate and sperm abnormality rate were improved obviously in group A,the difference being significant as compared with group B(P<0.05).The sperm move- ment was also improved in group A(P<0.05).So did theα-glucosaminidase,seminal zinc and fructose(P<0.01).Conclusion:PPI combined with Cujing Decoction(CD)has an effect on improving the seminal quality.
