摘要 盘磨机的每秒切断长(Ls,m/s)、动盘和定盘工作表面的接触面积(F,m2)和每秒磨浆表面积(Fs,m2/s)是评价盘磨机工作性能的主要指标,根据高速摄影和录相,证实磨浆时齿刃前形成浓缩的纤维浆层,刀齿实际上是通过纤维浆层对浆料纤维进行磨浆,因此,齿刃比负荷值决定了磨浆作用强度和磨浆质量。 Heilong jiang paper mill per second cutting length(Ls, m/s)、 the rotor and stator working surfaces contact area(F,m 2) and refining surface per second(Fs,m 2/s) of a disk refiner are main indexes which appraise a disk refiner working performance. According to the highspeed photograph and video recording, the compressed layer of fibers is formed in the front of bar edges as refining. In fact, the bars refining actions on fibers are performed through the layer of fibers. So the specific edge load determines the refining action intensity and quality.
