摘要
综述了制造系统生产管理控制方法,在对 MRPⅡ和 JIT 两种先进生产管理控制模式对比分析基础的上,提出并设计了 MRPⅡ和 JIT 集成的生产管理控制策略和模式。设计了MRPⅡ与 JIT 集成管理控制模式。为适应 MRPⅡ和 JIT 集成的生产管理控制系统,提出了相应的组织管理模式变更要求。
The production management control methods of manufacturing system are summarized. Based on the contrastive analysis of JIT and MRPII, the integrated production management control strategies and mode of the two are proposed and designed separately. In order to make the enterprises be suited to the above-mentioned production management control system, corresponding reforming requirements of organization management.model are proposed.
