摘要
对基于顾客满意度的产品改进设计进行研究,提出在进行产品开发时往往是基于已有的产品的改进,首先应判断已有产品是否仍能满足顾客需求,当出现顾客满意度下降时,适时进行改进设计,推出新产品。给出了Bayes估计顾客满意度指数的方法,再利用可拓聚类方法来判断已有产品是否需要进行改进。最后通过对一个进行改进设计实例的求解,验证了该方法是一种判断系列产品是否需要进行改进设计推出新产品的有效方法。
Study on the product innovation design based on customer satisfaction, provides product design based on improved on previous product always, at first, judges the previous product that meet customer needs 'or not, when customer satisfaction falls, presents new product based on innovation previous product. Provides the method of customer satisfaction index based on Bayes estimation, uses the method of extension clustering to judge the previous product is needed innovation or not. A n instance of innovation design is given, verifies the method is e efficient to judge the series product is needed innovation or not.
