组织工程软骨修复软骨缺损的研究进展

Study Progress of Tissue-engineered Cartilage in Repairing Cartilage Defect

各种原因引起的关节软骨损伤在临床工作中非常常见,由于软骨组织的修复再生能力有限,传统的治疗方法难以获得满意的疗效,因此组织工程软骨的构建对修复软骨缺损有重大意义。现对近年组织工程软骨修复软骨缺损的研究成果,对种子细胞的获得,细胞体外培养条件的研究,生物支架材料的研究,组织工程软骨的临床初步应用简要综述。

Cartilage defect caused by many reasons is very commom in clinic. Because the regenerated capacity of cartilage tissue is limited and the orthodox treatment can not have the satisfactory curative effect, so the construction of tissue-engineered cartilage has great significance in repairing cartilage defect. This article reviews the study achievement of tissue engineered cartilage in repairing cartiliage defect,ac-quirement of seed cells, cultural condition of cell in vitro, research of biological scaffold materials and initial application of tissue engineered cartiliage in clinic.
