苏里格气田储层改造工艺分析 被引量:13

摘要 苏里格气田的储层连续性较差、含气砂体变化快、非均质性强,具有低孔、低渗、低压、低丰度、低产的特点,储层改造工艺的难度较大。在几年的勘探开发中,通过不断的研究、试验和现场应用,摸索总结出一套基本适应于苏里格气田的储层改造工艺,现场施工后取得了一定的效果。为此,从储层保护、射孔、加砂压裂特别是加砂压裂的规模、压裂液的配方、支撑剂选用、施工参数的确定、排液制度等多个方面对这套工艺进行了介绍,并以现场的施工情况和结果来加以分析和佐证,最后对苏里格气田的下一步储层改造工作提出了建议。 Sulige gas field, which has poor reservoir continuity and strong heterogeneity, has the properties of low porosity, permeability, pressure, abundance, and productivity. Therefore, the application of stimulation techniques in this field is challenging. During several years' work of exploration and development, a set of reservoir stimulation techniques was developed and effectively applied through progressive studies, experiments and pilot tests. This paper summarized those efforts from aspects of reservoir protection, perforation, sand fracturing, especially, the fracturing scale, fracture fluid compound, proppant selection, operation parameters identification and the unloading requirements, etc. In addition, field applications and their results were also analyzed. In the end, suggestions for further formation stimulation work in Sulige gas field were presented.
