摘要 苏里格气田集输系统标准化设计是根据井站的功能和流程,设计一套通用的、标准的、经济适用的建造和运行指导性文件,坚持集气站设计的"五统一"(即统一集气站的平面布局、统一工艺流程、统一设备选型、统一建设标准、统一单体安装尺寸),实现集气站功能统一、操作统一。未来的苏里格气田将有上万口井、上百座集气站,每年建集气站20座以上。依据标准化设计可以提前对站场的材料、设备进行规模化采购,达到缩短建造工期、提高建设质量的目标。 The standard design of the gathering system of Sulige gas field is in accordance with the function and flow of the well station. It has designed a set of universal, standard and economical construction and operation directive document. It insists on the 'Five Unifications' of the gathering station design (namely, unified plane layout of the gathering station, process flow, construction standard, equipment lectotype and individual installation dimension). It realized the unified function and operation of the gathering station. In the future, there will be over 10,000 wells and over 100 gathering stations in Sulige gas field. It will build more than 20 gas gathering stations annually. The large-scale purchase of the materials and equipments for the stations can be performed in advance in accordance with the standard design. Then, it can realize the objective of reducing the construction period and boosting the construction quality.
