摘要
该文综述了二十八烷醇的来源、理化特性,生理功能很和制备方法,并且重点介绍了二十八烷醇的制备方法及其在食品中的应用。
The source, physiological and biochemical characteristics, physical function and manufacturing method of Octacosanol were reviewed in this paper. The applications of Octacosanol in the food were mainly introduced.
