摘要
以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂、十六醇(HDL)为助乳化剂,使用超声预乳化工艺,制备甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯与丙烯酸丁酯共聚物(PF3-CO-BA)的细乳液。着重探讨细乳液聚合反应条件,以及聚合条件对乳胶粒粒径的影响。采用红外光谱(IR)、示差扫描量热计(DSC)表征聚合物的结构,并考察了细乳液的稳定性。
Mini-emulsion of P(trifluoroethyl methacrylate-co-butyl acrylate) (coded as PF3-co-BA) was prepared with SDS as emulsifier and HDL as coemulsifier by means of supersonic preemulsifying technology. Exploration was focused on polymerization conditions for mini-emulsion and effects of polymerization conditions on latex particle size. Structure of PF3-co-BA were characterized by means of FTIR and DSC and stability of the mini-emulsion was investigated.
