我国实行法治的政治目的和政治基础完全不同于西方资本主义国家,我们坚持的依法执政,是坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国有机统一的具体体现。依法执政,要求执政党推荐的重要干部要依法进入国家政权组织掌握国家权力;要求执政党依法运用执政权力,从制度上和法律上保证党的基本路线和基本方针的贯彻实施,保证党始终发挥总揽全局、协调各方的领导核心作用;要求执政党的执政行为要受法律的规范、制约和监督。

The political aim and basis of our country's legal administration are totally different from the western capitalist countries. We stick to exercising state power according to law is the concrete embodiment of the organic integrity of sticking to the leadership of the Party, people as the master and running the state according to law. To exercise state power according to law requires that the important cadres recommended by the party in power legally enters the power organizations to control the state power, the party in power legally exercises power to guarantee the implementation of the Party's basic line and points according to the system and the law so that the Party will continually play the central role in assuming overall responsibility and coordinating all parts. It also requires that the exercise of state power should be under restriction and supervision of the law.
