摘要
通过对环氧改性水泥净浆的水化程度和砂浆的孔结构研究,借助于扫描电镜分析,探讨了聚合物对水泥砂浆的改性机理。聚合物的存在一方面延缓了水泥的水化速度,另一方面改善了硬化浆体的毛细孔结构,一部分聚合物在硬化浆体中形成不连续的薄膜。所以聚合物的改性作用是上述两方面的综合作用。
Through the research of the degree of hydration of epoxy modified cement paste (EMCP) nd the pore structure of is mortar (EMCM), the mechanism of polymer modification on EMCM was explored, with the help of SEM analysis. The rate of cement hydration is retarded by the polymer, but the caplillary pore structure is improved, and a portion of polymer forms non continuous films which reinfore the microstructure of hardened cement mortar. The polymer modification is the synthetic effect of the above two aspects.
