摘要
焦炉煤气中的硫化氢是一种非常有害的物质,必须将其清除。详细地介绍了焦炉煤气脱硫的几种常见工艺:干式氧化工艺、湿式氧化工艺和液体吸收工艺。重点说明湿式氧化工艺中的斯淳梯福特法、塔卡哈克斯法、佛马克斯法和液体吸收工艺中的真空碳酸盐法、索尔菲班法及氨水吸收法。同时介绍了国内外对焦炉煤气脱硫方法的最新研究:美国开发研制的劳卡特法和我国东北师大研制的PDS法脱硫工艺。最后将几种有代表性的工艺从脱硫脱氰效果、工艺及操作费用几个方面加以对比。
Hydrogen sulfide in coke oven gas is a very harmful substance which must be cleared off. Detailed introduction of several conventional desulphurization processes is done:dry oxidation technology,wet oxidation technology and liquid absorptiontechnology. Stretford process,Takahax process and Fumax process in the wet oxidation technology as well as vacuum carbonate process,Sulfiban process and Ammonia liquorabsorption process in the liquid absorption technology as key point are described. At thesame time the up-todate reports about desulphurization methods at home and abroad are introduced as well:Laokate process developed by US and PDS desulphurization pro-cess developed by Northeastern Teachers' University. At last several reprentative processes are compared in terms of desulphurization and decyanation effect,process and operation cost.
