摘要
本文论述了宽带多媒体通信的特点及对传播网络的要求，对基于ATM的B-ISDN网的多媒体通信系统进行了研究和探讨。
This paper deals with the characteristics of broadband multimedia communication and the requirements for transmission networks,and explores the multimedia communication system of the ATM-based B-ISDN network.
