分级管理模式在压疮监控过程中的应用

Application of level to level administration in pressure ulcer management

目的:探讨分级管理模式对压疮监控效果的影响。方法:建立三级监控组织、明确各级职责、完善相关制度、标准及各种表格,规范监控程序,严格考核,对压疮实施预前控制、环节控制和终末控制。结果:院内难免压疮高危患者上报率增加,难免压疮发生率下降,压疮好转/治愈率明显提高。结论:分级管理模式对压疮监控效果良好。

Objective： To explore the effect of level to level administration in the pressure ulcer management. Methods： Three grades administration organizations were established, the responsibilities of each grade were set, the rules, standards and forms were perfected, the management procedure was standardized, and examination were conducted strictly. Before hand control, link control and terminal control were conducted to manage pressure ulcer. Results： The pressure ulcer which could hardly avoid reported increasingly and occurred decreasingly. The improving/ cure rate of pressure ulcer increased obviously. Conclusion： Level to level administration could improve the pressure ulcer management.
