呕恶丙嗪擦剂含量测定方法的研究

Study on assay method of oxaprozin in its liniment

本文报道呕恶丙嗪擦剂含量测定方法学的研究。由于呕恶丙嗪在无水乙醇、９５％乙醇、５０％乙醇的溶剂中测得紫外吸收光谱图、最大吸收波长一致，所以选用５０％乙醇为含量测定的溶剂。专属性考察得到呕恶丙嗪对照品和呕恶丙嗪擦剂样品的紫外吸收光谱图一致，在２８７ｎｍ处有最大吸收，而擦剂辅料在此无吸收，对测定无干扰，选择２８７ｎｍ为测定波长，回收率试验得回收率为１００．２８％±０．９９％，ＲＳＤ小于２．０％

Study on assay method of oxaprozin in its liniment was reported.The maximum UV absorption wavelength in three solvents,absolute alcohol,95% alcohol and 50% alcohol,was same.50% alcohol was selected as the solvent.The excipients of the liniment had no absorption at 287nm,287nm was chosen as the detection wavelength.Reco very of the test was 100.3% RSD (0.98%).
