摘要
目的了解雌激素受体基因的PvuⅡ、XbaⅠ多态性在湖南汉族人的分布。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)-限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)方法检测了108例正常湖南汉族人的雌激素受体基因PvuⅡ和XbaⅠ多态性,并与不同种族和地区人群的ER基因多态性分布进行比较。结果湖南正常汉族人群中雌激素受体基因以pp、xx基因型和p、x等位基因的分布频率为最高,PP、XX基因型和P、X等位基因最低,且男女间、以及与日本比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);但与瑞典人群中的分布有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论雌激素受体基因多态性在不同种族间的分布差异显著。
[Objective] To investigate the distribution of estrogen receptor (ER) gene polymorphisms in the Hart nationality of hunan province. [Methods] The distribution of Xba Ⅰ and Pvu Ⅱ polymorphisms of ER gene analysis were performed in 108 healthy people by using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique, and compared with those from other race. [Result] In healthy people of Han nationality of Hunan province, the frequencies of pp, xx genotypes and p, x alleles of ER gene were highest, and the frequencies of PP, XX genotypes and P, Xalleles of ER gene were lowest. Compared with Swedish, there was significant difference of ER gene polymorphisms (P 〉0.05), but there was no significant difference between them and Japanese (P 〉 0.05). [Conclusion] ER genes distribution in the Han nationality of hunan province was statically significant different from other race.
