考虑SVC影响的电力系统多目标交易计划

摘要 提出一种基于最优潮流、计及SVC影响,同时考虑经济效益和环境效益的电力系统多目标交易计划模型.首先对各单目标确定性模型求解,得到目标函数值,其次对目标值进行一定程度的伸缩,并定义目标隶属度函数,将确定性问题模糊化.接着采用最大满意度法将多目标问题转化为单目标问题,然后采用非线性规划方法求解,得到新的潮流结果.仿真结果验证了算法的有效性. The paper proposes a multi-objective trade planning model for power system with SVC, which considers both pool purchase cost and environmental protection under power system static security constraints. Firstly, two single-objective-deterministic-models are solved, and the corresponding objective function value is obtained. Secondly, each objective function is fuzzed with objective membership function defining. Then multi-objective programming problem is reformulated into nonlinear single objective programming problem by the means of fuzzy satisfaction-maximizing. Finally, nonlinear programming algorithm is used to solve the single objective optimization, and a new power flow result is obtained. Simulation results show that the algorithm is with high efficiency.
