With the rapid development of socio-economy,petrol stations spread rapidly.Using a scientific and rational method to make an objective evaluation for the safety status of petrol stations is of great significance to ensure safety in production.A model in which a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied is formed to evaluate the safety of petrol stations.Through the practical examples,it can not only combine safety management,equipment and facilities,staff and environmental factors,but also can reflect scientific and objectively the safety starus and the effects of every factor on the system, which provides an effective comprehensive evaluation method for the safety evaluation of the petrol station and has some practical value.
