摘要
采用虚拟仪器系统作为开发平台,应用频谱分析和小波分析相结合的方法以及使用DataSocket技术,构建了电机振动远程监测系统。它能够对振动信号进行自动采集及实时数据分析和处理。很好地实现了监测系统的网络化,改善了操作人员的工作环境。实际应用证明,该系统能有效地判断电机振动故障类型和程度,提高了故障诊断效率。
Adopting the virtual instrument system to be development platform, applying the method of integrating spectral analysis and wavelet analysis plus DataSocket technology, the electric machine vibration monitoring remote system was built. This system can acquire data of vibration signals automatically, process and analyze data real time. It's easy to realize the internetization of system arid improve worker's working environment. Practical application proves that it can judge the type and degree of electric machine vibration fault effectively and improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis.
