多型号混线生产车间作业调度模型研究

Research on Scheduling Modeling for Multistyle Product Manufacturing Workshop

在企业信息化环境下,针对多型号混线生产车间作业调度对产品齐套性的要求和调度任务的基本要素及约束条件,建立了调度任务属性、产品结构属性、设备属性、操作属性模型。仿真结果证明,该模型的调度过程具有较好的收敛性,并且能在较短的时间内得到具有较高满意度的解,实际使用中效果良好。为多型号混线生产车间提供集成性良好的合理化调度模型。

Aiming at solving the kitting problem in the process of job shop scheduling in the environment of the crossover routing manufacturing of multi - style products, the characteristics of tasks, BOM, equipment and execution are described and the correlative models are constructed. The emulation result verified the job shop scheduling model had better convergence and satisfaction within short time. It has a better effect in practice. Rational scheduling model is provided for the crossover routing manufacturing of multi - style products.
