摘要
目的建立复方首乌藤合剂的质控方法。方法用TLC法鉴别首乌藤、川芎、五味子;用HPLC测定大黄素。结果TLC能特异地鉴别首乌藤、川芎和五味子。大黄素进样量30.4~380ng与峰面积积分的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.1%,RSD=0.9%(n=6)。结论所建方法专属性强,简便可行,重复性好,能有效控制首乌藤合剂的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a quality criteria of Compound caulis Polygoni multiflori mixture. METHODS TLC was used to distinguish caulis Polygoni multiflori,Rhizoma chuanxiong and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis in the formula,and HPLC was used to determine the content of emodin. RESULTS TLC was able to distinguish Caulis Polygoni Multiflori,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Fructus Schisandrea Chinensis specifically. A better linear relationshop between peak area and emodin content was in the range of 30. 4 - 380 ng ( r = 0. 9999 ). The average recovery of emodin was 98. 1% with the RSD of 0. 9 % ( n = 6 ). CONCLUSION This method is specific, easy to perform, reproducible and is able to control the quality of Caulis Polygonic multiflori mixture.
