摘要
通过恒转矩负载及其泵类风机类负载机械特性的分析,建立了异步电动机转矩斜坡限流启动方式的数学模型。在转矩斜坡限流启动控制方法中,转矩闭环部分采用了传统的PID控制,限流闭环部分应用了模糊控制进行调节,并利用Matlab进行了仿真,结果表明建立的转矩斜坡限流启动的数学模型正确有效,控制方式达到了预定的控制效果。
Through analysis of mechanical chracterictics of constant load and pump load, the paper established mathematic model of torque slope and current-limited staring mode for asynchronous motor. In the algorithm of torque slope and current-limited starting mode, closed torque loop adopted traditional control of PID, closed current-limited loop used fuzzy control, and applied Matlab to simulate. The simulation result showed that the mathematic model of torque slope and current-limited starting mode were correct and effective, control mode achieved preconcerted effect.
