摘要
介绍了电解机械复合抛光的新工艺及其试验装置。通过研究实验中的表面粗糙度和去除量随时间变化的关系,初步得出一系列工艺参数。磨料的机械切削作用不仅能去除工件电化学反应产生的金属钝化膜,同时也去除金属材料。研究工艺参数对高效获得光整表面的同时尽可能地减小工件尺寸变化量有很大意义。
This paper introduces the reciprocating electrolytic mechanical compound polishing process and the device, which reconstructed by a motor-saw. A study was carried out on the changes of metal removal and surface roughness with the working time, the result shows that the compound process is more efficient than mechanical polishing and the electrolytic polishing, Mechanical cutting role of the abrasive can not only remove passivation film but also remove the metal of the work piece at the same time. The test data shows that the processing exists a limited roughness, with WI White fused alumna this compound processing could obtain the smooth surface that the roughness is Ra0.05μm, at the same time, metal removing is less than other conventional processing. It explains why the efficiency of the compound processing is.
