摘要
在酸性环境下,头孢噻肟钠可与Fe^3+发生反应并生成荧光物质,据此建立了测定头孢噻肟钠含量的荧光分析新方法。其反应生成物的最佳激发波长为370nm,发射波长为480nm。该法测定头孢噻肟钠的线性范围为1.0~24.0mg·L^-1,检出限为0.3620mg·L^-1,回收率为103.47%。
A method was proposed for the determination of cefotaxime sodium based on its fluorogenic reactions with ferric ions under acidic environment. The maximum emission and excitation wavelength of the fluorescence products are at 370 nm and 480 nm, respectively. The detection limit for cefotaxime sodium is 0. 3620 mg·L^- 1 with a linear range of 1.0-24.0 mg·L^-1. The developed method was used for the real sample analysis and the average recovery for the spiked sample is 103.47%.
