摘要
针对评价教师教学质量的传统方法——方差分析或平均分方法的缺点是没有考虑学生学习起点的差异,提出一种在对教师的教学质量进行评价时不但考虑学生最终的学习成绩,也考虑学生的学习起始成绩的方法,并利用协方差分析模型合理估计起始成绩对终点成绩的影响,进而得到一种对教师教学质量更为科学与公平的评价方法.
Means of students' average scores or variance analysis is used to assess the teacher's teaching quality traditionally. But their weakness is the negligence of the students' starting scores. Aiming at this problem, in assessing teachers' teaching quality not only the students' final scores, but also the starting scores should be considered under the guidance of the view of developing teaching quality. And using the model of analysis of covariance, a more scientific method of assessing teachers' teaching quahty is achieved concerning the reasonable analysis of the effect of the starting scores on the final scores.
