摘要
在光电领域中,有许多无源光器件对温度稳定性的要求很高,基于这一点设计了一个高性能、高精度的温度控制系统。介绍了温度控制原理,讨论了基于ADN8831的温度控制电路的设计,通过试验对所设计的温度控系统进行了测试,测试结果表明:设计的温度控制系统完全符合光电领域对温度稳定性的要求。
To meet the requirement of high accuracy and stability in temperature control of many non-source devices in the optoelectronic field, a temperature controlling system with high performance and accuracy is designed. The theory of temperature controlling of TEC are introduced. The characteristics and applied circuit of the chip based on ADN8831 are discussed. The experiment results prove that the system has high stability in controlling temperature.
