摘要
运用光学显微镜来观察分析麻、竹类纤维的纵、横截面形态,以此为基础比较麻、竹类纤维结构、形态的不同。并利用自制的单纤维轴向压缩弯曲测量仪测试了苎麻、亚麻、黄麻、红麻、竹和竹浆纤维的临界刺扎力Pcr,计算抗弯刚度和等效弯曲模量,由此得到纤维刺痒特征的对比和定量表达。
Light microscope was employed to examine the longitudinal and transverse section of bast and bamboo fibers, morphological and structural differences in these fibers were observed and compared. By the self-developed Fiber Axial Compression and Bending Analyzer (FACBA),the compressing and bending characteristics of ramie,flax, jute, kenaf, bamboo and bamboo pulp fibers were identified, some parameters were acquired such as critical prick force, bending rigidity and effective bending modulus, and the comparison result of prickle features and the quantitative characterizations among these fibers have been obtained.
