Architecture of Project Management of Regional Manufacturing Informatization Engineering

作为制造业信息化工程的一个重要组成部分,区域制造业信息化工程包含了很多项目。为了有效地管理好这些项目,将项目管理理论运用到对区域制造业信息化项目的管理中,提出了区域制造业信息化工程项目管理体系。该体系包括单项目管理、项目群管理以及项目组合管理3个层次,研究各层次的管理内容。介绍了研究成果在重庆市"十五"制造业信息化工程中的应用情况。

As an important part of manufacturing informatization engineering, regional manufacturing informatization engineering includes a lot of projects. In order to manage these projects efficiently,the theory of project management is employed to manage the regional manufacturing informatization engineering includes a lot of projects. This paper presents the architecture of project management of regional manufacturing in- formatization engineering. The architecture includes three layers, individual project management, program management and project portfolio management. The contents of each layer are studied. The architecture is applied to Chongqing manufacturing informatization engineering in the 10^th-five year plan period.
