方法论的自觉与合理运用是宪法学发展的基础与标志。随着宪法实践的发展,学者们以更开放的学术视野努力建立具有专业性、综合性与多样性的方法论。本文分析了宪法学研究方法与宪法问题之间的相互关系,并在学术反思的基础上,展望了未来宪法学方法的发展走向。

The awareness and rational use of methodology is the basis and sign of the development of research on constitution. With the development of the practice, constitutional scholars are trying to establish specialized, comprehensive and plural methodology with more open views. This article analyses the relationship between the constitutional research methods and problems, and anticipates the trends of research method of constitution based on an academic review.
