糖基化终产物受体基因G1704T多态性与糖尿病肾病相关性的研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用Taqman PCR法探讨糖基化终产物受体(RAGE)基因G1704T多态性与糖尿病肾病的相关性。结果发现RAGE基因1704T等位基因频率在糖尿病肾病中显著增高(P<0.05),由此推测RAGE基因1704T等位基因可能是糖尿病肾病发生的危险因素。 The association of G1704T polymorphism of RAGE gene with diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes was observed by Taqman PCR. The GT+TT genotype frequencies and T allele frequencies in DN group were significantly higher than those in DM(P〈0. 05). The RAGE gene T-positive genotypes may be the risk factor for the development of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes.
