摘要
[目的]探讨酶制剂在水产动物饲料中得到合理利用的途径。[方法]在饲料中添加木聚糖酶(0、150、300mg/kg),N-蛋白酶(0、50、100mg/kg)、淀粉酶(0、200、400mg/kg)和纤维素酶(0、200、400mg/kg)4种单体纯酶,并采用L9(3^4)正交设计法,将4种单体酶配制成复合酶制剂.研究外源酶制剂对草鱼鱼种的生长及饲料表观消化率的影响。[结果]4种单体酶对草鱼鱼种生长影响的主次顺序为木聚糖酶〉淀粉酶〉N-蛋白酶〉纤维素酶;外源复合酶对饲料干物质和粗蛋白表观消化率有一定的影响,且影响力大小依次为木聚糖酶〉纤维素酶〉淀粉酶〉N-蛋白酶。外源复合酶的适宜配方为:木聚糖酶300mg/kg、淀粉酶200~400mg/k、N-蛋白酶0~50mg/kg和纤维素酶0~200mg/kg。[结论]饲料中添加外源复合酶可提高草鱼的特定生长率和增重率,提高草鱼对饲料的消化率。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the approach of rational utilization of enzyme preparation in the feed of aquatic animals. [ Method] 4 kinds of mono-enzyme of the xylanase at 0,150 and 300 mg/kg, N-protease at 0,50 and 100 mg/kg, anlylase at 0,200 and 400 mg/kg and eellulose at 0,200 and 400 mg/kg were added into the feed and mixed for confecting enzyme mixture preparation to study the effect of the exogenous enzymes on the growth performance and apparent digestibility in feeds of grass carp fingerling by L9(3^4)design. [Result] The influence 4 kinds of mono - enzyme on growth grass carp fingerling in order was xylanase 〉 amylase 〉 N-protease 〉 cellulase. The exogenous enzyme mixtures had a definite influence on dry material and apparent digestibility of crude protein in feed of grass carp fingerling and the contributors of 4 kinds of mano-enzyme in order was xylanase 〉 cellulase 〉 amylase 〉 N-protean. The proper formula for the exogenous enzyme mixture was the xylanase 300 mg/kg, amylase 200 - 400 mg/kg, N-protease 0 - 50 mg/kg and cellulase 0 - 200 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] The exogenous enzyme mixture can improve the specific growth rate and net weight gain rate of grass carp fingerling and increase the feed digestility of grass carp.
