Multi-hierarchical grey evaluation on the construction enterprises' informatization level based on combinational weight

摘要 结合国家信息化测评中心颁布的《企业信息化基本指标构成方案》,建立了建筑施工企业信息化效能评价指标体系,并运用灰色多层次综合评价法对该指标体系进行定量评价.在评价模型中,采用层次分析法和熵值法确定指标的组合权重,兼顾主客观赋权优点,提高评价结果的准确性,最后结合一个实例验证. The paper puts forward the index of informatization evaluation in the construction enterprises on the basis of The scheme of enterprise' informatization basic index issued by National Informatization Evaluation Center. The method of multi - hierarchy grey comprehensive evaluation (MGCE) is used to evaluate the index. In the evaluation model the paper adopts AHP and the entropy method to determine the index weight, considering the virtue of the subjective weight and the objective one. It can improve the accuracy of the evaluation. It is proved the method which is based on MGCE is simple and workable. It can be used as an effective tool in evaluating the level of construction enterprises' informatization and defining the model of the informatization enterprise.
