摘要
文章介绍了我国住宅建设的问题:住宅量大发展迅速、户型面积大、房价高与城市居民收入不相称、污染严重、耗能大等;分析了住宅建筑的发展趋势,提出新的主张,为了节约土地和居者有其房,住宅价格将逐渐与城市居民收入相适应,住宅面积控制在65-110m^2之间;住宅必须朝健康舒适、节能、无污染以及对生态影响最小的绿色住宅发展;为实现其主张,建议制定国家行政法规和统一的标准。
The current situation and problems in China's housing construction are introduced: large numbers of residential houses, fast development, spacious layout of houses, high price, unaffordable for the low- income urban residents, serious pollution, energy cost, and so on. This paper analyses the development tendency of the housing construction based on actual conditions in China, puts forward some proposals: 'the house price should conform with the income of urban residents, and housing space should be controlled between 65 m^2 and 110 m^2 so that the land can be saved and enough houses can be provided for everyone who needs. And the housing price should also be gradually linked with the income of those urban residents. Housing construction should be developed in the direction of green housing in terms of health, comfort, energy-saving, pollution-free, minimum adverse effect on ecology. So the paper suggests that a uniformed state standard of administration and law should be worked out in order to achieve goals above-mentioned.
