摘要
针对自卸汽车卸载作业时发生的侧翻问题,分析影响自卸汽车作业安全的因素。根据自卸汽车结构及其作业特点,建立自卸汽车整车虚拟样机模型。采用多体系统动力学分析软件(ADAMS),对自卸汽车在不同横向坡度卸载作业的安全性进行仿真分析,得到自卸汽车安全作业的举升角与路面横向坡度、装载重量间的关系。结果表明,一定载荷条件下,横向坡度越大,临界举升角越小;横向坡度相同时,载重越大,临界举升角越小;未正常卸载工况的临界举升角小于正常卸载工况的。本研究为减少或避免自卸汽车卸载作业时的侧翻事故提供了参考依据。
This paper intends to give a comprehensive summary and safety analysis of the dump truck unloading based on the virtual prototype. For our research purpose, we have investigated the steady-state stability and the unloading safety of the dump trucks. In addition, we have also analyzed the roll-over effects of the ground slopes, loadshifting shocks, the suspension and the tire vibration on the trucks. As is known, dump truck has a propensity to roll-over in certain situations. Various road-ground soil conditions, strong winds, steep road slopes as well as the load-shifting process may all contribute to the hazards of such rollover. Everything considered, this paper aims to make a comprehensive analysis of the causes that may result in a dump truck rollover. To make our research more scientifically founded, we have prepared a dynamic simulation model of a dump truck with a triangle rod assembly lifting mechanism for simulating the rollover factors based on the modulation of the truck's structure and unloading process by using a comprehensive dynamic systemic software named ADAMS. Then, a dynamic simulation model in terms of modeling some typical situations has been established to determine the dynamic rollover threshold values through simulated experiments. If the lateral slope angles, e.g. the lifting angle and lateral sloping angle and the truck's own weight are given, the rollover probability are expected to be found accordingly through the simulation analysis of the unload security. In some load conditions, the greater the lateral slope angle, the smaller the values of the threshold lifting angle. And in the condition of the same lateral slope degree, the greater the load, the smaller the values of the threshold lifting angle. However, in the abnormal load conditions, the values of the threshold lifting angle would be less than the normally unloading. Therefore, it is expected to use the data references to reduce or evade the likely-to-happen roll-over accidents when such trucks are unloaded.
