摘要
农村幼儿教育发展的关键因素之一是师资问题。当前我国农村幼教师资存在的问题主要体现在学历、职称和社会待遇等方面。从其产生背景来看,农村社会的二元结构、脱离农村教育实际的教师政策、城乡有别的社会待遇以及断档的师资培训是其根源所在。政府应从确立农村幼教师资身份、修订教师编制标准、建构城乡幼教师资流动机制等方面促进我国农村幼教师资的发展。
The teacher of preschool education is an important problem in rural areas. The teacher's funds in rural areas have declined more than that in urban areas;the development of teachers' educational level between the urban and the rural areas is unbalanced. Based on the above mentioned contents, in order to harmonize the development between urban and rural areas, and to change the weak position of the teacher in the countryside, the authors build good advices and strategies as follows.
