摘要
男教师进入学前教育对幼儿心理的健康发展与性别角色的认同有着积极的作用,但目前中国男幼儿教师十分缺乏。为吸引男教师成为幼儿教师,相关部门应给予政策倾斜,幼儿园管理者应努力为他们营造良好的工作环境,社会应加大宣传,引起舆论重视,促使传统观念的改变。
Male teachers in kindergarten should give positive effects on children's development on mind and sexual role consciousness. But there are few male teachers in current preschool education in China. To appeal more excellent males participate in preschool education, the government, kindergarten and society all should give supports in policy, working conditions, or public opinions.
