摘要
随着电力电子装置在电力系统、工业、交通及家庭中应用的日益广泛,因而产生的谐波污染问题也日趋严重,甚至会影响到系统的安全和供电质量。因此谐波治理已成为供用电亟待解决的问题。本文提出对中低压电网系统应采取抑制谐波技术措施和强化谐波管理相结合,对电网侧和用户侧同时进行谐波治理的观点,并阐述了谐波治理的有效方法和手段。
For the increasing number of non-linear users, the situation of the harmonic pollution becomes more and more serious. It grievously impairs not only the quality of the power supply, but also the system security. Thus, in power supply and consumption system, harmonic control is the problem that needs to be solved urgently. The author insists that in medial &low voltage power network, we should take some measures to suppress the harmonic wave and strengthen its management both from the network's side and user's side. This article also put forwards some effective methods of harmonic control.
