摘要
试验研究了电压、温度、时间等因素对环氧树脂涂膜厚度及膜层外观的影响,确定了环氧树脂阴极电泳涂装的最佳工艺条件:固体分17%~19%,pH值6.0~6.4,温度28℃~32℃,电压75V^85V,时间120s^150s。在电沉积过程中,初期涂膜增长速度很快,电流密度迅速减小;150s后,涂膜停止生长,电流密度维持在很低的数值上。
In this paper, the effects of the voltage, temperature, time, solid content, pH value and electrical conductivity were studied on the during cathodic electrophoretic coatings (CED) process. The optimum technical parameters of CED, solid content is 17% - 19% ,voltage is 75 V - 85 V, pH value is 6.2 - 6.4,temperature is at 28℃ - 32℃ and time is 120 s - 150 s ,have also been determined. The experimental results show that the pH value and solid content have great effect on the appearance film and thickness film. In initial time the film thickness grows rapidly and current density decreases. After 150 s both of them keep being constant.
