国内外高血压病健康教育的现状与建议

A review of the current status and suggestion of health education for hypertension in China

高血压病是心脑血管疾病的主要危险因素,晚期易造成心、脑、肾等靶器官损害,患者致残、致死率高。其对高血压患者健康带来的严重损害,已经引起广泛的重视。健康教育是防治高血压病的重要手段,使高血压患病率得到有效控制,在帮助患者树立健康观、改善治疗依从性、有效控制血压等方面起着重要作用。

Hypertension is the major risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The target organs such as heart ,brain and kidney can be damaged with the progress of hypertension. So the disability rate and mortality rate among hypertension patients are high. It has been paid close attention due to its severe damage to the public health. Health education plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of hypertension through helping the patients to set up correct health attitude ,improve treatment improve their treatment compliance and control hypertension effectively.
