摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和实验研究等方法,对传统的健美操考核方法与引入了创造性比赛的考核方法进行分析比较。结果表明,创造性比赛考核方法有利于培养学生对于学习健美操的积极性与主动性,提高学生的创编能力、比赛能力、组织能力以及裁判能力等一系列健美操专项能力,极大地提高了健美操的教学效果,是一项值得普遍推广的先进的教学考核模式。
With the methods of documentary data, questionnaire, and experimental research, traditional examination method of callisthenic was compared with the creative match examination method. The result shows that the creative match examination method not only promotes the students' activities and enthusiasms, but also develops the abilities of creating, competing, organizing and hosting games, and judging of the students. Since it can largely promote the teaching effects., it is a good examination mode which is worth spreading.
