丹心舒胶囊中三七和丹参的有效成分含量测定

Analysis of the active compounds of Panax notoginseng and Salviae miltiorrhizae in Danxinshu capsules

目的建立丹心舒胶囊中三七和丹参有效成分的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定本品中三七中人参皂苷Rg_1、人参皂苷Rb_1、三七皂苷R_1及丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果人参皂苷Rg_1、人参皂苷Rb_1、三七皂苷R_1线性范围分别依次为0.924～9.24μg、0.736～7.36μg、0.21～2.10μg;平均回收率分别为100.19%、100.55%、100.21%,RSD分别为1.67%、1.29%、1.55%;丹参酮ⅡA线性范围为0.04～0.40μg,平均回收率为100.79%,RSD为1.40%。结论本方法简便可靠,结果稳定,可用于丹心舒胶囊中三七和丹参的有效成分的含量测定。

Objective To analyze the active compounds of Panax notoginseng and Salviae miltiorrhizae in Danxinshu capsules.Methods HPLC was used to analyze the contents of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1,notoginsenoside R1 and tanshinone ⅡA in Danxinshu capsules. Results The linear ranges of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1,notoginsenoside R1 and tanshinone ⅡA were 0.924～9.24,0.736～7.36,0.21～2.10 and 0.04～0.40μg with average recoveries of 100.19% （RSD=1.67%）,100.55% （RSD=1.29%）, 100.21% （RSD=1.55%） and 100.79% （RSD=1.40%）,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and stable, which could be used for the quality control of Danxinshu capsules.
