摘要
介绍了针对PPS容易被氧化的特点,通过将由有机抗氧剂与无机纳米材料——蒙脱土(MMT)组成的复合抗氧改性剂添加到PPS中,应用熔融共混纺丝技术,制取抗氧聚苯硫醚纤维。经测试结果表明,抗氧聚苯硫醚纤维的抗氧化性和耐热性能都有明显提高。
Aiming at the PPS characteristic of being oxidized easily, through adding compound anti-oxidant which is combined by organic anti-oxidant and abio-nanometer materials-MMT to PPS, using melt spinning technology to make anti-oxidant PPS fiber: The testing results indicate that anti-oxidant performance and anti-heat performance of anti-oxidant PPS fiber are improved greatly.
