The Perioperative Treatments in Aged Patients with Hip Fracture

目的：探讨高龄髋部骨折患者围手术期处理特点。方法：回顾分析316例高龄髋部骨折手术治疗患者的临床资料，患者年龄70～94岁，平均79岁；左髋151例，右髋165例。根据骨折的类型和患者的健康状况选择手术方式。265例患者存在一种以上并存疾病。术前对并存疾病作积极治疗，术后加强护理，大部分患者康复。结果：本组262例获1年以上随访，疗效评定：优175例，良44例，可23例，差20例。总优良率83.5％。结论：高龄髋部骨折手术治疗是安全的，手术适应证的选择和精心的围手术期治疗是手术治疗成功的关键。

Objective：To explore the perioperative treatment characteristics in aged patients with hip fracture. Methods：Three hundred sixteen cases of hip fracture, with the mean age of 79 years（ ranging from 70 to 94）were treated by operation,151 cases were left and 165 cases were right. The operation way was selected according to the type of fracture and patients condictions. Two hundred sixty five cases with intercurrent deseases were treated before operation and intensive care was given after operation. Most of them recovered promptly after treatment. Results： Two hundred sixty-two cases were followed up over one year, 175 cases abtained excellen results, 44 good, 23 fair and 20 poor, the rate of excellent and good was 83.5%. Conclusion：If full attention was paid to perioperative treatments, hip fracture of aged patients treated by operation is safe and effective.
